Mindfulness and its relationship to academic achievement among university students

The primary objective of this study was to assess the degree mindfulness among university students based on their gender and academic achievement level. To accomplish this, Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) employed, consisting 39 items categorized into five factors: observation, description, acting with awareness, nonjudging, nonreactivity. questionnaire initially translated Arabic applied a pilot sample 60 male female item characteristics verify validity reliability scale. Following finalization questionnaire, it administered cluster 489 from public universities. results indicated moderate level across all domains, no significant differences. Furthermore, revealed that higher displayed greater mindfulness. However, relationship between weak, explaining less than 1% variance in performance.
